"The first time I went in Langston racing was with Jim Gibson. When we had a tour of the shop i noticed how clean the service department was. Later that week i had my silencer break in half and the chain snapped off while i was at Jim's camp. I had Langston racing do a full service on the bike it came out 5 times better then I had expected. The guys at Langston racing said to try the doma silencer. When I rode it that day I bike was faster then ever before. Six months after that I broke my collar bone out at Starwest and had the bike summer salt 6 times so everything on the bike was messed up. Once again the bike was better then ever. It's so amazing how clean their shop is. I will only take my bike in two one place and that is Langston racing. "

"WILL NOT RETURN FOR SERVICE. BIKE WAS DROPPED OFF WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO CALL WITH ESTIMATES BEFORE VEHICLE IS WORKED ON. WAS CALLED ONCE WITH A PARTIAL ESTIMATE, BUT NEVER CONTACTED WITH A COMPLETE ESTIMATE. HAD TO CALL 2 WEEKS LATER TO FIND OUT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETED. THE TIME FACTOR IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH ME, THE FACT THAT I WAS NEVER CONTACTED WITH A COMPLETE ESTIMATE FOR THE 2 REPAIRS THAT I BROUGHT THE BIKE IN FOR, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH. MY FIRST VISIT WITH YOUR FACILITY WAS EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, STAFF THAT KNEW THEIR STUFF. THIS VISIT WAS DIFFERENT. THE INITIAL WRITE UP WAS PERFECT. JUST WISH THE FOLLOW UP WAS EQUALLY AS IMPRESSIVE.

Dear Nick

Your bike was brought in for 2 repairs. The fork seals and a problem with the rear brake. The Fork seals you were quoted for when you dropped the bike off. The rear brake needed to be diagnosed before we could give you an estimate. It was diagnosed and Chris our service writer called you to let you know and you told us to go ahead. As for the time factor the bike did take two weeks to completely repair, we were very busy at the time, although the true reason for the long wait was on the brake parts that we needed to order from factory KTM. We also had to tighten your steering stem nut by taking off your handlebars and bar mounts as a safety factor in addition to your service at no extra charge. When you dropped off your bike you told us there was no major rush. There must have been a mis-communication between one of our service writers and what you actually wanted, if that is the case we appologize, but believe us we are known for being honest and doing quality work. We did call you on the 22nd of March to let you know the bike was done and left a message for you to call us back.
